120 Practice Film from Ultrafineonline

Maybe you've seen the Ultrafineonline (Photo Warehouse in Oxnard) eBay listing for "practice film" and wondered what emulsion could it be? 

Well I ordered 20 rolls and here's what I got. Kodak EPP transparency film with the wrapper removed. My guess is this is part of the batch of Kodak Films with the backing paper ink bleeding issues, but I haven't had any developed yet. I was actually hoping for black and white film for camera testing for cameras I'm selling.
